In many cases, wisdom tooth comes out through the gum and certainly not from the place it should come out! So that creates a huge problem in the mouth. It also creates infection resulting in bad breath and bad odor while chewing food, immense pain while chewing food particles etc. There's a pocket grows at the foot of the tooth. In that pocket saliva, food particles tend to pour in resulting an immense pain and a chance of tumor in the mouth.

Impacting associated

This is the extreme case of wisdom tooth where the tooth couldn't come out properly. The tooth wants to come out but couldn't get enough space. But the roots of the tooth tends to grow resulting in a huge ruckus in your mouth. The impacted tooth can cause general illness and overall health issues as this is the extreme worst condition of wisdom tooth a human can encounter.

The roots tend to grow till they misalign all the teeth of that gum. The wisdom tooth doesn't come out clean and the misalignment of all other teeth create impacted condition.
